Debt collection

We provide advice and assistance to a number of financial institutions in relation to debt recovery. Our Debt Collection Department has considerable experience in all legal remedies available for the collection of outstanding debts.

Licencing

We act for clients in advising generally in relation to the licensing code and the purchase and sale of licensed premises. We have experience in applying to the courts to transfer licenses, obtain licences for special events and all related matters.

Criminal and court work

We provide advices and representation in the District Court and the higher Courts in relation to all criminal and Road Traffic offences.
